His Imperial Highness, Grand Duke Wladimir Kirillovich, has ordered that it be announced that, having now assumed the title of Head of the Russian Imperial House, it seems fitting to Him to retain the title Imperial Highness and Grand Duke, by which titles it is appropriate to address Him in all situations without exception.

Should His Imperial Highness deem it necessary to introduce a change in His title, then a special announcement concerning this change will be made at that time.
