To the Governing Senate:

Her Highness, Princess Tatiana Konstantinovna, has presented to Us, over Her own signature, a renunciation of Her right of succession to the Imperial Throne of All the Russias which belongs to Her as a member of the Imperial House of Russia. The Governing Senate shall not delay in taking the necessary steps to make this decree public.
