I send You my genuine and heartfelt thanks for Your most gracious attention to me and to my request to grant noble status to my grandchildren, Peter Seliverstov and Nikolai Kirillov, with the hereditary right to bear my surname and to use the coat of arms of the Iakobs family.

I do not doubt that my grandchildren will bear our family name with honor and will be worthy representatives of the traditions of the Russian nobility.
