Thank you very much for your letter of December 16, 2015, requesting that I endorse the naming the Cossack Cadet Classes after the Holy Royal Passion-Bearer Emperor Nicholas II, with the goal of perpetuating his memory and strengthening our nation’s patriotic traditions.
I certainly do applaud and approve this wonderful idea, and I wish you, your students, and all your colleagues good health, much success, and God’s help in all your good endeavors. I am sure that the students in the Emperor Nicholas II Cossack Cadet Classes will be worthy of their new royal and heavenly patron.
