The Head of the House of Romanoff Has Expressed Her Condolences on the Terrorist Act in the Train Station in Volgograd
I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the victims of the bombing at the train station in Volgograd—a godless crime which was perpetrated by terrorists.
I pray for the repose of the souls of my fellow countrymen who were killed by these villainous terrorists, and for the quick recovery of those who were injured.
Disputes and disagreements among individuals and between entire nations and countries happen. It is an inevitable part of the process of the historical development of mankind. But heinous acts of terrorism such as this can never be justified; and all honest people, regardless of their ethnicity or religious affiliation, nationality, or political beliefs, should be united in their firm opposition to them.
