June 1, 2025, marks the 900th anniversary of the death of Grand Prince St. Vladimir II Monomakh (1125), son of Grand Prince Vsevolod I Yaroslavich and Grand Princess Maria Konstantinovna (née a Princess of the Byzantine Empire, daughter of Emperor Constantine IX Monomachos).
