Troparion to the Holy Royal Martyrs (Tone 7):
Angels of the Russian land, / and guides to its resurrection, / O Tsar Nicholas and Tsaritsa Alexandra, / who at the beginning of the apostasy from God, / ruled the Realm in piety; / O young Grand Duchesses, / who labored faithfully in acts of service and mercy; / O Tsarevich, the sufferer Aleksei; / O Royal passion-bearers, / like innocent lambs, / tortured and slaughtered by the godless destroyers of Rus, / but now having received the Eternal Kingdom, / pray to the Heavenly King of Kings / for the Kingdom ruled by your House, / that it may be enlightened by the faith of the Fathers / and again be reborn through repentance.

Prayer to the Holy Royal Passion-Bearer Tsesarevich Aleksei (from the Akathist):
O Holy Martyr Tsarevich Aleksei, O love for the Lord and model for others, O model of angelic meekness, O bearer of the courage of the martyrs!
Standing before the Throne of the Most Holy Trinity, pray for us, we of little faith and weak-willed, that we be granted sincere love for the Lord and our neighbors, childlike meekness and deep compassion for those who suffer, and especially, courageous patience in the illnesses and sorrows sent to us by the Lord for our sins.
By thy prayers may we preserve our love for the Lord and for our Holy Mother Church, may we not fall away from our Holy Orthodox faith, may our souls not tremble in times of fierce temptations, persecutions and torments, may we not be afraid of Satan’s devilry, so that, having endured all trials, we may stand righteously before our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ, to Whom befits all glory, honor and worship together with His Eternal Father and the Most Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto ages of ages. Amen.
