On March 18, 2023, H.I.H. The Tsesarevich and Grand Duke George of Russia and his spouse, H.S.H. Princess Victoria Romanovna, attended a moleben service at the Cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky on the rue Daru in Paris, and prayed for the return of peace as soon as possible in Ukraine. The service was arranged by the Assembly of the Russian Nobility and its president, Prince Stephane Belosselsky-Belozersky, and officiated by His Eminence Metropolitan Jean de Doubna, Administrator of the Archdiocese of Orthodox Churches of the Russian Tradition in Western Europe.

After the services, the couple released two white doves to symbolize their ardent prayers for peace.

Later, the couple attended an annual charity gala concert hosted by Prince Belosselsky-Belozersky to benefit children affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
On the previous day, March 17, His Imperial Highness and Her Serene Highness visited the Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery, and prayed in the Church of the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God for the repose of the souls of their countrymen buried in the cemetery, then paid their respects at the graves of their relatives and other prominent Russians who rest in peace eternally on French soil.
Grand Duke George and Princess Victoria expressed their hope that all questions about the future of the cemetery would be definitively resolved and that none of the graves will ever be disturbed, inasmuch as the Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois Russian Cemetery is one of the most important symbols of friendship between the Russian and French peoples, in whose common history there is so much more good and positive than painful and sad.
