Your Eminence,

I wish to extend to you my heartfelt congratulations on the 25^th anniversary of your ordination to the episcopacy.

A quarter century ago, you were called to serve as a bishop. As successor of Archbishop John (Maximovich), the great Russian saint and loyal spiritual father and intercessor for Our House, you have faithfully followed his example of love for his flock, joy in the unity of Russian Orthodoxy, and defense of the ideals of Orthodox monarchy.

In recognition of your service to the Holy Church and Our House, I am pleased to award you the Imperial Monogram in the First Class.

May the Lord keep you for many years by the prayers of His Most Pure mother, St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco, and all the saints.
