The awarding of an Imperial honour on His Eminence Archbishop Arsenii of Istrina

By the decree of the Head of the Russian Imperial House, H.I.H. Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna, issued in Madrid on 3 March 2005, in recognition of his services to the Russian Orthodox Church, to the Fatherland, and to the Russian Imperial House, and on the occasion of his 50-th birthday, His Eminence Archbishop Arsenii of Istra, vicar of the Moscow Eparchy, was awarded the Imperial Order of St. Anna, first degree. The ceremony of bestowing the official Certificate and the devices of the Order took place, with the blessing of Archbishop Arsenii, in Moscow on 24 March 2005.

Head of the Russian Imperial House
And Grand Master of the Imperial Orders of Chivalry
 

In recognition of his services to the Russian Orthodox Church, to the Fatherland, and to the Russian Imperial House, and on the occasion of his 50-th birthday, His Eminence Archbishop Arsenii of Istra, Vicar of the Moscow Eparchy, was awarded the Imperial Order of St. Anna, first degree, with the bestowing on His Eminence of the Certificate, signed in Our Own Hand, conferring the right to wear the devices of the Order.
